Nothing Satisfies Like Satisfaction
You continue to get a clear picture of why dieting has been so disappointing. You'll see that your food struggles are not due to some weakness, but the natural human response to extreme restriction. It is not your fault!
We build on our understanding of hunger from Chapter 1, and look closely at the end of our eating experiences – the satisfaction of our hunger.

The Magic in the Middle of Your Meals
I love this chapter because we get a clear picture of the deep enjoyment that can come from eating. We look at 5 ways to make our eating experiences mindful, meaningful and memorable.
This enables you to feel nourished after eating so you can go LIVE your sweet life between meals, instead of thinking about food all day.
You begin to experience freedom from food obsession that we’ve been longing for.

Chapter 4
Your Stomach - Your New Best Friend

Now you’ll be working with your stomach instead of against it.
This is also the chapter that raises the most eyebrows because you learn about the wisdom of permission to eat what you enjoy.
You begin to choose food for meaningful reasons – not because its fattening or not fattening.

Chapter 5
Taking the Fangs Out of Compulsive Overeating
This is where we take the top off Compulsive Overeating and see it for what it is.
As we find out the truth behind 4 Myths About Bingeing, we begin to see that it does not deserve the power we’ve given it. We begin to dismantle the cycle, and its place in our lives.

- We come to understand our food anticipation and how to change it.
- We find effective ways to comfort ourselves, without overeating.
- We see the value of adjusting both our fuel in-take and out-go, not just one or the other.
Chapter 6
Our Power Tool for Ending Emotional Eating
In this Chapter you begin to use one of the most powerful tools on our journey. Year after year, Liberated Eaters tell me that this one tool significantly changed their lives.
We also find out that there are really only 3 reason we eat. Knowing which reason is driving you to eat gives you the power to make decisions you’re happy with.
Chapter Highlights:
- Dissect the difference between physical and emotional hunger – enabling us to recognize emotional eating before it starts.
- We learn how to say the words we wish to say, instead of stuffing them down with food.
